Refund Policy

Our terms and conditions of purchase and delivery apply to all written, telephone and online orders and are accepted with each order. The prices listed on faceprotective.store are online prices in USD. (including the legal value added tax)

If you wish to return or exchange your order for any reason, we will be happy to accept it! You have the right to return within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a store credit, another product or a refund of the original payment method.

Please note our return and exchange policy:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Products must still be labeled and returned in their original packaging.
• The products must not show any visible signs of wear or used.
