RODESIGNE designs, manufactures and delivers custom lighting, furniture and full FF&E worldwide. We handle the whole journey — from production and packing to logistics, customs and, for projects, delivery and installation on site.

We are an international studio. We ship and deliver across the regions below, with our own team on the ground in Phuket and a manufacturing network in Guangdong.

Delivery times

Because much of what we make is custom or adapted to your project, the schedule depends on the items, order composition and volume. We confirm the full timeline with your quote.

For other countries, delivery time and cost depend on the items, volume and destination — confirmed together with your estimate.

Lead times for custom & made-to-order pieces

• Samples can typically be produced in 5–7 days for approval before the main run.
• Made-to-order pieces have a production lead time before shipping, which we confirm with your quote.
• For full projects, we plan production, logistics and on-site delivery to your programme.

Project logistics

For hospitality and commercial projects we consolidate packing and freight, handle export documentation, and coordinate delivery to site — including on-site supervision and installation where agreed. One partner for the whole object, not dozens of separate shipments.

Tracking, customs & packaging

• Tracking. You’ll receive shipment and tracking details once your order dispatches. Carrier systems can take a few days to show the first scans.
• Customs & duties. Import duties and taxes, where applicable, are determined by the destination country. We’ll advise on documentation and, for projects, agree responsibilities in advance.
• Packaging. Items are packed to protect delicate lighting and finishes in transit; large or fragile pieces may ship in crates.

Custom orders

Custom and made-to-order items are produced specifically for you and are confirmed (with samples where relevant) before production begins. Please review your specification carefully at approval stage.
