What warranty do you offer?
We provide a 12-month warranty on products manufactured by us. For items from other brands and suppliers, warranty terms may vary—please consult your manager when placing an order.
If needed over time, we can assist with part replacements or product restoration.
How to Stay Within Your Project Budget
Often, products from well-known brands exceed the allocated budget. In such cases, we offer custom manufacturing of similar models at our own factories. By optimizing the technical aspects, we can adjust dimensions, use alternative materials, modify the number of pendants, and more.

What are the payment terms?
We operate on a 100% prepayment basis.
For large orders, we can offer split payments of 70/30 or 50/50. The remaining balance must be paid before the goods are shipped to the client.
Product Returns
For items from the “in stock” category, returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the packaging is intact and the product has not been assembled or installed.
Custom-made products of proper quality are non-returnable.
In case of defects, each situation is reviewed individually.
